When do you restock?

We release in limited drops — when a colorway sells out, it's typically gone for good. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok to be first to know when new drops go live.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. If your size is available, we're happy to exchange. Email us at therealnaples@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Why does my color look slightly different from the photos?

Pigment dyeing is an inherently organic process — every piece is slightly unique. Minor color variation is part of what makes each set one of a kind. We do our best to photograph accurately, but screens vary.

Do the sets shrink?

Our fleece is pre-washed, but some minimal shrinkage is possible. We recommend cold wash and low-heat dry to maintain fit and color.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're working toward.

Can I buy the pieces separately?

Drop 1 pieces are sold as sets. Future drops may include separates — stay tuned.
